The Quest at Chatswood is awesome. I came down for work and chose to stay here because I had heard good things about the hotel. Super quiet (I was on the 9th floor) and really convenient for shops and also my work function. Great staff and incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff are nice and helpful but the cleaning was not as good as expected. The kitchen utensils are old and the electric hob needs thorough cleaning. The washer supplies need asking and not replenish automatically. Location is convenient and good for stay to holiday and sightseeing.

Great location and helpful staff

Great location and walking distance to Chatswood station. It was easy to find parking with clear instructions by Hotel staff. Room was clean and had all the required amenities.Staff was very helpful and friendly. I thought parking was a bit expensive with $30 a night.

I had a lot of trouble finding the entrance to the carpark, which is not helped by a street sign which says No left turn. Directions to the parking on the website would be very helpful.

Very pleasant overnight stay for a nearby hospital appointment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy with plenty of great sized parking spaces. Well lit and clean basement parking with easy access to reception. Highly recommend Quest Chatswood.

My wife was having a procedure at the Chatswood Private Hospital - which was 40 paces from the Quest Apartments. Just so handy. Excellent accommodation, nice and quiet for post op relaxation. Great restaurant options and shopping just a short walk away. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend. We will be back!
