The price was completely over inflated for our room. A five star price for a three star room. No fresh air, very very poor air conditioning. Despite the really dated interior and absolutely ridiculous price, we couldn’t fault the staff for their personal approach and friendly, prompt service.

Amazing staff! So genuine and helpful. Biggest issue was the shower the shower head is old and had little pressure and amenities in shower were not great no hair conditioner ect.. room was comfy other than showers,room service food was also reasonable.. all in all staff incredibly friendly and helpful I just wished I’d had a nice experience with the shower for the stay.

Hotel is located just behind Darling Harbour so plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in one of the Club rooms which was a very generous size and the club lounge offered good variety of breakfast and evening drinks/canapes etc. Staff were also excellent and always happy to assist. Would happily stay again.
