When I inquired at the front desk in day 4 I was given clean towels and told someone would be up to empty trash but that never happened. The room was larger than expected. The only complaints that I have is that the A/C didn't seem to blow out enough air to efficiently to cool the room and the bed was very uncomfortable. I could literally feel the springs in the mattress on my back.
