"Upon checkin ( after a very rainy stormy drive) I asked for a luggage cart to try to bring in my stuff. The man at the desk said he had no access to one. So now I knew I had to make multiple trips out to the car in a terrible storm to try to get my luggage and bags. I am a senior citizen and he made no attempt to try to help me . as a result when I got my luggage out of the car, my luggage tipped over and fell in a puddle and when I tried to stop it from falling into a puddle, I fell in the parking lot. Not once even when i made it to the lobby and he saw how upset I was andthe condition I was in did he attempt to relieve me ir make arrangements for someone to assist me. Finally a woman who worked there helped me get into my room.. ."

"The amount I pd for my room and then I get there and they said it was upgraded. It didn’t seem like and up grade. Couldn’t see out the windows , trash cans didn’t have bag liners in them. No ice. On the floor We were on the 5th floor. It just didn’t seem right. I would have like to have been on the 18th floor. But to change it after I check in. I paid for tower and that room just seem like dull. I been made my reservation in March. I wasn’t please with the room. It seem like a regular room. Someone made a mistake when the calling that room and upgrade. Seem like the added the breakfast on there for the amount of I had paid for tower."
