"Place was clean & efficient "

"I had a very disappointing experience during my recent two-night stay at this Comfort Inn. My room (325) was located directly above the main entrance, where the automatic sliding doors are clearly in need of repair. Every time the doors opened and closed, there was an extremely loud noise accompanied by noticeable vibrations through the floor. It made it nearly impossible to sleep or even relax in the room. What made matters worse was the response from the front desk. When I called to report the issue, they acknowledged they were already aware of the problem but had not taken steps to fix it. I was also told there were no available rooms to move me to, leaving me stuck dealing with the constant disturbance. Overall, the lack of maintenance and unwillingness to provide a reasonable solution made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this location until this issue is properly addressed."
