"I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Escape, and I have to say the experience was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The Guest Experience Manager, Shane Haslam, truly stands out. He knows exactly how to make guests feel valued and satisfied. He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed."

"This property was exactly as it was pictured actually the pictures didn't really do it the complete justice. My check in was timely and smooth the communication about the property was adequate. The beds were extremely comfortable the location was great for walkers like myself. There were food and things that you need nearby Beach was actual 30 minute walk for me. I will stay again"

"I have to say I had a very lovely stay. The property was VERY clean, VERY homely and meticulously looked after. The owner communicated well before and during my stay and was always on hand in case I needed help. There was a small hiccup with the power in the kitchen but that was sorted promptly . The AC in the living and master bedroom could do with some gas as the air wasn’t very cooling but I doubt the owner was aware of this. Overall I had a comfortable relaxing time and I would 100% recommend to family and friends ."

On a positive note, the property manager was responsive and handled communication promptly. Overall, the stay was decent for the price. I’d rate it a 6.5 out of 10."
