Nice hotel with some nice touches but little changes have been made since our last stay such as no complimentary biscuits in room. Also taken away the complimentary Kings Ginger liqueur. Rooms could be better furnished many don't have wardrobes.

Good breakfast selection, service was a bit slow. Bar was okay but didn’t really have any atmosphere. The restaurant seats close to the large windows looking out over the garden were FREEZING and uncomfortable to sit and eat at. Needs heating and better windows with insulation / sealing.

The only issue we had was when we finished our meal in the bar the plates and cutlery were not cleared from our table and were still on the table when we left the bar at the end of the evening

"The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again. "
