"Excellent hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rooms were glorious. I’d recommend rooms 203-207 ish as they all have a generous shared balcony that backs on to the Thames at the back of the hotel. Only slight downside was beds were a touch hard but still very nice."

I’m quite disappointed as my last visit here the place was Hilton double tree since that I believe the standards declined unfortunately the place was dusty, arriving to the hotel was a shock for me it smelled weird like damp and mold smell and the rooms where no better"
