We are thrilled to have you stay and let us share a little Grand Rapids love. You'll have this spacious 880 sq ft main floor suite all to yourself.
Enjoy a large open floor plan with tons of natural light and relax in the 1 bedroom with queen bed , large living area, private office, gourmet kitchen with large island, full bathroom, laundry room, private patio, quiet back yard and sitting porch.

Private parking in available in the driveway for tenant, or on street parking is usually open directly in front of the house.

Wonderful GR spot

Troy was wonderful, super responsive and accommodating. The place is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Great location, and really nice to be there!! Only issue was the internet was a little slow, but I believe Troy is working on that. Will definitely stay again!

Location was good. We had internet issues and there were limited outlets for recharging in the bedroom. To our surprise the parking space was under a tree which dripped sap all over our vehicle.
