"Smelly.Location of house was exceptional. Nice quiet neighborhood. Aside from stained furniture, the house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. Every bed in the house was very comfortable and the space was perfect for our group of 8. There were several outlets that were not working so we had to make some adjustments for those who used CPAP machines and alarm clocks. The bathroom towels were sparse, some towels were gym sized, not bath sized, but there were plenty of beach towels as backup. We only had one full extra roll of TP for the three bathrooms and the outside trash was full from the previous guests.Darius was responsive in his communication in the booking process, check in process and was answer questions we had about garage door. The ONLY reason I would not return is because of the SIGNIFICANT methane gas odor from one of the bathrooms. We first thought maybe a dog had an accident on the carpet in the liv room because you could smell it from there but upon investigation found it was coming from the wall, and then from the bathoom. I let Darius know, but I suspect this was not a new issue given what looked like work done along living room wall. It was unfortunate because without this issue, our stay would have been exceptional. In actuality, this was a 2 star stay for us. In hindsight this seems like it would be a health hazard. "
