Christina was a fantastic host who knows the ins and outs of how to navigate graduation. The room isn't exactly what i expected. The sofa and office chair was stained and the chair at the table was falling apart. The bed was clean and the bathroom was reasonable.

I was there for my son’s graduation ceremony from the US Navy (BootCamp). Upon arrival the front desk clerk was named Gary. He was very helpful. My initial stay was for 4days an 3nights. My son asked me to stay an extra day so I went down to the front desk to Extend my stay. I was told that I had to do it through the Expedia app “Since that was the way u initially booked your trip” is what the clerk at the front desk told me. I said that I would like to utilize my son’s military discount this time around since he an I we’re staying there together. I was told I couldn’t do that bcz I already booked with Expedia. I asked to speak with a manager an was told that Management isn’t in on Sunday an that she was the only person there to speak with. I wasn’t paying attention to the dates when I rebooked bcz I was a little upset. I booked the wrong date an cancelled it, Not knowing there is a no refund policy if you cancel. So know I’m out of 143.00 plus I had to rebook again for the correct date. So there goes another 132.00. I’m just stating the obvious. If you’re from out of town they will make you spend your money. O an it’s been 8days since I checked out an I still haven’t received my deposit that I gave for incidentals. The hotel was clean an nice.

The check in and check out was super smooth, easy and fast. They always had someone at the lobby ready to help. The breakfast was really nice, they had a good variety and was accessible to all guests. I hope I can come back when the pool and jacuzzi are available during summer months. I really enjoyed my room, it was cozy, spacious and clean. Also, they provided more than enough toiletries for my 4-night stay. Clean sheets, cleans towels, plates, utensils, microwave, fridge, and stove all in great and clean condition ready for me to use. Hope to come back soon. I do advise, if you stay here, rent a car, is more convenient as they are not side walks in the area and uber/lyft seems limited and expensive.

Great customer service. Very helpful and supportive to the Navy families arriving for graduation. Despite renovations happening on our floor, the hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Front desk staff were awesome, breakfast was great, lots of options to eat around the area. Mexican food on Washington in Waukegan is legit! Book it, youll be happy.

The bed, suite, really everything good, updated and clean(except inside windows). Furniture was really worn, stained. Pull out uncomfortable. But they were working on remodeling rooms. I would recommend and stay again.

getting a little long in the tooth

the room I was in needs a refresh and the correct length of shower curtain. I didn't appreciate mopping up the water on the floor. It was clean, safe and nice. The food and coffee were very good. It seemed a fair price for what it was. There were about six pages of stuff to read and sign at check in and they insisted on my email. It was early in the morning, so I may have just been cranky.
