I was not able to check in. My flight arrived late and when I arrived they were closed. I rung the bell and was turned away from checking in stating that I was a "no-show". I had to find a place to stay in the middle of the night.

Hotel is run down and not in good condition. Bathrooms dirty and sheets had not been changed on pull-out bed in our room from previous guests.

Keep looking for another hotel

Extremely dirty, from the carpet to the bathtub. Not to mention, the bathroom door literally could not close, as it was about half an inch larger than the door frame. I've never given a negative review in my life. This property truly deserves one and hopefully this review can help other travelers.

very basic place to stay -

Pros: see above

Location: location was very convenient for me - near Cherry Creek
no daily cleaning offered - bath water was not hot - shower leaked and bath faucet didn't work - I was told there was no maintenance on the weekends! bfast was get and carry - not something I looked forward to - coffee not in room: you have to tell them you want coffee and carry up the coffee maker and supplies yourself - privacy was limited as windows are to landing where folks walk by - I don't recommend this place unless the price is so good and your wallet so limited that you can overlook all the above

The worst place I have ever stayed in

Pros: It was mostly quiet
Cons: Everything!
Location: There is a Target and a good resturaunt nearby
We got to the property and they insisted we provide a credit card for payment even though we had already paid online- in full. We asked for a lower level room and were placed in a handicapped room that hadn't been cleaned in months- we went to the CVS next door and bought disinfecting wipes to wipe the entire room down. the dust on the window sill was so thick, it took three wipes to even come close to cleaning it. The shower curtain looked like it was stained on the bottom with blood for three inches up. They only offer room cleaning service once a week. It was only because we were in town for extensive medical testing and weren't in the room except to sleep that we tolerated this.

Took three rooms to get a room then it was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Could not print me a receipt because the printer was broke
