Housekeeping was lax. Shampoo was almost completely used up. Walls were incredibly thin, loud neighbors, need some soundproofing.

The first floor smelled of pot throughout. Luckily our room was on the far end which was OK. I'm addition, the entire hotel had this odd smell, can't even guess what that was. The shower had a few hairs on the wall. The TV was the smallest I've seen in years.

Excellent stay

We were visiting Hartford, CT for our daughters volleyball tournament. The hotel was only one exit away from the CT Convention Center. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were complimentary 24 hours. There is a McDonalds, Subway, and Dunkin’ Donuts within the area. The gas stations also have convenient store items and snacks.

It was generally fine. Free breakfast limited but a plus nonetheless. The hotel had a strong smell of marijuana - all through halls and elevator except lobby. Even our room to me smelt. Do what you wanna do- but not inside hotel. The area leaves a little to be desired, but it is in Hartford and convenient to highway. Front desk was polite and professional. Called for more towels and told to come get.

Love the location clean rooms the staff was awesome. The bed was so comfortable and spotless bathrooms. My only discomfort was the room was cold. The heating system didn’t work at all. The temperature didn’t improve although we changed the temperature several times. Other than that I’ll definitely re-visit. We told the front desk clerk about the temperature when we were leaving
