HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the airport, however it is loud at night when you're trying to sleep. We'd definitely stay again when we're picking up family from the airport and need to spend the night, before heading to the ferry.

Nicely updated hotel: But the heat in our room didn’t work and from several staff that’s normal for many of the rooms. The front desk provided a small space heater (not what was expected for a newly updated hotel chain). Pool had not opened since the renovation, which was not listed anywhere during booking. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work either, but minor issue. Restaurant staff were awesome & very friendly.
