"When I checked in, they only had me down for one night, when I reserved two. Then my key card didn't work on the elevator. It didn't work on my room twice, and I had to go down 4 floors to the desk to have them fix it. Twice, staff walked into my room (once without knocking, the second time 2 knocks and entered without waiting for a reply, as I was leaving the shower and changing). Both times the employees said they thought the room was supposed to be vacant. There was no coffee maker in my room...there was one on the floor in the hallway, not sure if that was mine or not but it was taken away. Otherwise a nice stay, but the hotel seems to be very disorganized and confused which was strange because it didn't seem to be very busy. "
