A wonderful place! Getting in was very easy. We found the place very clean. A very peaceful, quiet setting, yet close to the Parkway. It was just my wife and I. The sounds of the creek have a calming effect.

This is a very nice house that sits right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so it's quick and easy to get to either spot for things to do and places to eat. It was usually very quiet there as well which is great for sleeping. We had a very nice stay.

Great location

Location was excellent. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Only three things to note: entry stairs are treacherous, no hair dryer, house on adjacent property is a little creepy.

This was the perfect place, in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Free trolley from the nearby Welcome Center saves so much in parking fees in town. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back.

Gatlinburg Weekend

The property was exactly as listed. The creek running by the house was so relaxing to watch and listen too. Perfect location if you are looking for a place that is close to all attractions and are looking for a quite relaxing time. We are definitely interested in renting this location again when we come back to Gatlinburg.

Beautiful secluded place close to everything.

Went to a gift shop show in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Property is in the mountains between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Perfect location to get away yet close to all the activities. Colonial Properties was very responsive. Added another day with ease.

Only issue we had was the stairs. We are older. Place is beautiful and the roaring stream adds so much charm to the place. Everything we needed except a kcup maker.

Peaceful Retreat

This was the second time that my 17 year old daughter and I stayed here because we love it so much! It very convenient, and feels centrally located, to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, Sevierville, etc., but still is so out of the way and feels like your remote. The house is beautiful, and has an amazing feel to it. The creek that runs out front is so amazing, and my daughter and I saw a Black Bear playing in it, upstream. Only two things that need to be mentioned 1. Bring your coffee 2. Bring extra pillows and blankets. We will be going soon, and will continue to stay there.
