Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide 2 courtesy trash bags for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels. Please note that we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments due to health department regulations.
Is there a grill?
Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided.
Are there appliances and a coffee maker?
Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. There is also a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (cone-style filters).
Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, sheets are provided for every bed. Each bathroom comes with two sets of towels and washcloths.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the cabin at any time.
Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?
We provide 1 courtesy roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided.
Are there TVs and cable?
Yes, each bedroom, as well as the living room and recreation room, features a large HD smart TV. All TVs have cable boxes and allow you to log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube accounts.
Does the cabin have any games or activities?
The cabin features a pool table, air hockey table, and a multicade arcade game with 60 games. Some board games and playing cards are also provided. Additionally, there is a 7-person jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the mountains.
What are the roads like to get to the cabin?
The roads are wide and paved, making it easy to get to the cabin.
Are there bears?
Yes, bears are common in the area. While they generally do not interact with humans, please use extreme caution if you see a bear and do NOT feed them.
Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?
Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and is less than a 10-minute drive to the action. It’s also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park and the new observation bridge, the largest in North America. The Ober ski resort is also less than a 10-minute drive away.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.

• Travel Insurance: We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect travel plans. Currently, there are no travel restrictions to our area, and our property will be ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.
• Guest Access: The entire home is available for your stay. Guests will access the home via an electronic lock code on the front door.
• Host Availability: We are available by phone to assist with anything you need during your stay.
• Location: The cabin is located in Phoenix Landing, just 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. It’s a prime location, less than 5 minutes from the Gatlinburg bypass, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, and the new largest suspension bridge in North America.
• Parking: Parking is available for 2 cars at the cabin. No trailers or overflow parking is allowed. Special permission is needed for a 3rd vehicle. No car washing is permitted on the premises.
Guests must provide a photo ID to the host and sign the rental agreement to complete the reservation in compliance with local requirements. Please be aware that this is the Great Smoky Mountains, and there is potential for dangerous wildlife. While animals are typically scared of humans, do NOT feed or interact with any bears. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home, recording audio and video. There may be construction happening in surrounding communities, which could cause noise during normal business hours.
