The site looked nice, there rooms were nice, the staff was very friendly. You can walk to the strip which takes about 20 min. Easy walk, did it several times a day. There is also a free shuttle run by the city that runs a loop and stops at the Appy. So very easy if you don't want to walk. The fire pits are charming and a nice place to hang out in the evenings. I would definately stay here again

From check in to check out it was an easy process. The lobby and amenities were great! I would definitely stay there again. One suggestion though it was my anniversary and they shut down the firepit at 10pm. Maybe the hours should be extended on the weekend or moved to a spot on the property away from guest bedroom so others can enjoy.

This Resort saved my Vacation. It was such a pleasure to stay here. The details in the property and price was amazing. Themed to a log Cabin in the woods and many Historic information abou the Appalachian trail. I found myself just admiring all the artwork and theming througout the property. It was like staying in a museum of informatiom. Waterslides for the kids. Rooms amazing themed. I felt loke i was staying in a Log Cabin. Beds incredible comfortable. Highly recommend.

The staff treats you like family. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are all updated. The pools are very nice and fun. The rooms are very affordable and in a great location.

Great hotel!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. They are not located near all of the businesses in Gatlinburg, but do offer a free parking pass for a garage on the parkway. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area and this is one of our favorites!
