Our hotels.com reservation wasn’t on file. I have now paid twice. We couldn’t stay there due to the road being so bad we couldn’t get to and from. Then the key pad # wouldn’t work. We rebooked somewhere else.

Don't Expect Any Maintenance!!!

This cabin is super nice. Did it ha e issues yes. My wife and I spent our 5 year anniversary here and for the most part it was great. We tried to use the jacuzzi tub and the water ran so slow that we left it running just to see how long it will take just to fill up past the water jets. 45 minutes!!! Crazy long. We laughed about it and kept in good spirits. As they say, when it rains, it pours. The t.v in the room stopped working. Again we laugh about. The next morning I call the cabin service and they say a work order has been made and maintenance will take care of it. ...2 days later, no one came buy, no one said anything about getting things fixed. I am not mad just disappointed. Customer service made sure to get my money but didn't make sure we got maintenance.
