Built in 2022, this ultra-modern family- and dog-friendly home boasts not only gorgeous views of the golf course, lake, and mountains, but it's also an ideal location for exploring all of them. You’ll be just minutes from the shore of Bear Lake, and Bear Lake golf course sits right outside your door.  Sit in the new hot tub and watch the view of Bear Lake.  ATV and hiking trails, skiing at Beaver Mountain, and Bear Lake State Park are all an easy drive away. You’ll also enjoy access to Ideal Beach Resort with its many shared amenities including a hot tub, outdoor pool, and basketball courts.

At home, start the day outside on the large deck, enjoying the view with your morning coffee. Inside, you’ll find a space filled with natural light thanks to a 16-foot wall of glass that shows incredible views of the lake. Highlights include the open floor plan, stylish, modern furnishings, full RV hookups, and a huge, full kitchen that will keep even the most discerning chef happy. Grab a barstool at the kitchen island or sit down for a family meal at the adjacent formal dining table. This home works great for large groups or small groups, everyone will have their own space. The views are beautiful and the location is great.

Pretty House and Dog friendly
The house is nice and modern. Dog friendly but there were plants with burrs everywhere. There are actually 5 bedrooms so a lot of people could stay there. Being able to go to the Ideal Beach Resort was awesome. It ends up being expensive if you only have 1 or 2 families, so having more would help to divide up the costs.

This house was great. Very clean and close to the golf course. Plenty of parking for 6 cars, a trailer and a boat.
