Being a single-level home, no one will have trouble accessing all rooms in the home, and the layout is great for entertaining with a seamless flow from the kitchen, dining area, and living room! Speaking of the kitchen, the chef of the group will be in paradise with all of the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare favorite recipes. Don't forget to slip out of your swimsuit or golf clothes each day and take advantage of the private washer and dryer! Sleeping everyone comfortably is easy in the themed bunk rooms; and the main suite, with a luxurious soaker tub, is the perfect space for parents to find peace, quiet, and inspiration.

Enjoy exclusive access passes to Ideal Beach Resort, located just down the road. You'll have gated beach access to Bear Lake with sailboat, motorboat, fishing boat, paddle boat, canoe, and raft rentals available (during summer months only). There are outdoor pools (seasonal), a children’s pool, miniature golf, pickleball and tennis courts, sauna & hot tub (open year-round), playground area, and grilling areas on site. Enjoy family BBQs on the lawn in addition to various resort activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
