Looking for the perfect little getaway? This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath downstairs unit is ideal for a small family vacation—and it's pet friendly! Best of all, the beach is just a short walk away, so grab your flip-flops, sunscreen, fishing poles, and furry friend, and get ready to relax!

Unit B is the downstairs portion of this home, while the upstairs unit may be rented separately to other guests during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your beach getaway. After a fun-filled day in the sun, retreat to the private bedroom, complete with a TV, or stretch out on the sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Enjoy a cozy meal at the indoor table for two, or take your dining outdoors to the picnic table and enjoy the fresh coastal air. In the morning, sip your coffee under the covered patio while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. Then, wind down in the evening and take in spectacular Gulf sunsets. With the beach just steps away and plenty of opportunities to relax, this cozy coastal retreat is the perfect place to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and make some wonderful family memories!

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience at Beach Waves B memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. The Owner has installed exterior cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
