Check in was quick and easy. Room smelled clean (smelled of bleach). Microwave was dirty inside (I did not use the microwave), refrigerator has 2 to 3 inches of ice built up.All chrome Lamps were crusted with rust. Bath tub had been reglazed and the reglazing was peeling off. The light fixture in the bathroom had melted area. Bathroom door frame needing replaced as the bottom is missing wood and paint. Armchair near bed needed wiped down as therebwas noted brown substance that had run diwn the arm arm and side if chair.

There were several broken, peeling or rusted items in the room. When we got there, there was almost no toilet paper, although the room had been serviced. The breakfast was terrible. The entire property was run down. We were very disappointed considering this is part of the Wyndham chain. Next time we’ll be going to Holiday Inn or the Hampton. What was shown online was very deceptive compared to what we ended up with, plus a $15 a day parking fee? What type of place provides a room, but no parking for their guests?

Great spot for the piece. Right across from the beach. That also means some of the metal appliances have some rust due to the salt. Staff was nice. Bed was comfy, AC works and there is the boardwalk just a 15 minute walk away.

we paid for a suite, that ended up being a giant room with 2 beds and a couch. the rest of the furniture was not in the room and they refused to help in any way. I wasted money on this trip to have gotten a "suite" which was $100 more a night than a regular room. When we arrived the tub was full of water along with all the towels in the room. There was complaints from everyone in the hotel, had a conversation at 2am with a woman in a panic that they gave her room to a group of men who had her room key trying to get in at 2am banging on the door. She thankfully had the latch on the door so they couldn't get in. Went to front desk and they were LAUGHING about the situation. Felt so bad for this woman. We just happened to be coming back from fishing and ran across this incident. We will never book with this hotel again.

Nightmare Bargain

The hotel was poorly ran and the customer service was nonexistent. The drainage system didn't work in the shower. The water stayed in the tub. We called bo one ever came to check. We were never provided with fresh towels. No one ever came to take the trash or change the sheets. The place is under some type of construction and it looks like it's under construction. There was no mention of having to pay for parking during the booking but when you arrive to check in you're informed that there is a parking charge and you're charged for every night of your stay. It was a shady place with shady workers. I will not ever stay again and I don't recommend anyone else stay.

The place was literally falling apart. My ceilings had paint hanging from them, everything was rusty and dirty. It was a dump and they price gouge for people using their facility to be close to the piers for cruises. The same room I paid $300 for was $60 the next night after the cruise took off. Pay a little more and go to another hotel chain. You may be a little further from the piers, but it’ll be worth it!

Believe the reviews! NEVER stay there! Rusted out lamps and tub! Bedding had stains! Soap, Shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty I took them to him and asked him to refill them and he said I emptied all the bottles and that I was stealing from the hotel! Then said for me to leave so I asked for my money back for the room being that I paid for the whole weekend and we had just checked in 3 hours ago and he said no! We had several other friends checking in the next day and he treated them the same and took their money also. I travel ALOT and this is by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! I should of never given this hotel the benefit of the doubt because the reviews were right about this place! Their just out to make a buck and rip people off! They don't care about you or how much you spent to stay there. This hotel is trash!

Worst Hotel

Totally false advertisement on website upon arrival there was construction all around the hotel. Elevators were not working we had a few things for our stay we had to switched rooms. I had pay for partial view were we literally on the back of the hotel no view at all. Card reader for the room was hassle to.open at all times we had to push the door so hard in order to get it. There was trash all over the parking lot. Will never ever stayed there again .

Owner’s name was John. Rudest property manager my wife and I have ever met. Booked two rooms, one of which was deadbolted with no one inside and no way to get in. They changed us to the room on the other side of our room, but only after two hours had elapsed since check-in, and the toilet immediately clogged when flushed. As it was overflowing, my son put towels down to stop the flow of water and this manager tried to tell my wife and I that they are unable to launder anything that had been soiled and that the towels would have to be thrown away and charged to us. I asked him if he has ever heard of bleach. We attempted to call the front desk multiple times and no one responded. We were told by the answering service that the property managers typically don’t answer phone calls. Other unresolved issues during our stay include, but were not limited to: TV in our second room had no volume, no landline phone installed in the rooms, no available wake up call, bathroom tubs were dirty, there were mildew spots on the ceilings, lights and lamps that didn’t work, keycard entry that only worked half the time, manager told us that he did not need to provide soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Had to ask housekeeper for towels, front desk refused. At breakfast, items were not restocked when out, had to ask for butter, syrup, coffee to be made, etc. Awful customer service, only saving grace is this motel was right across the street from the beach and had a pool.

Checked in and went to the room where we found that the light fixtures were rusty, there was mold on the lamp shades, the sheets on the bed were wet and bugs in the bed along with no hot water. Went and got a different room at the same hotel and it was in worse condition than the first. When I checked out there was 5 other people in line requesting refunds due to the conditions of the hotel. Also the 15 dollar parking permit for the night was a surprise charge also.

AC hardly works and drips water all over floor. Nasty and not worth your money. Hotels.com should have made this right considering they advertise for this bait and switch but they don’t so don’t recommend either.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed, worst service ever.

My friend and I had an early check in and got a room with a broken tv, no comforters, no towels, among so many other issues. They gave us a new room but later that morning at 2am we woke to banging on the door. It was another few guests who they gave the room we were in to and didn’t check us out of the previous room that they gave the current one for. I went to the office and was told it was an accident. It scared the crap out of us and they walked into the room with us dead asleep. That would be scary for anyone at 2am when you’re dead asleep. Friend has ptsd and was scared and crying through it all. I went back to my room only to be locked out since they gave the access to the other key card and had to go back a 2nd time to the office at 2am just to get back into my own hotel room I got locked out of. There’s stains on the bedding, mildew growing on the bottom of the shower curtains and a dirty used washcloth that was left in the corner from previous hotel guests with god knows what on it. I don’t recommend staying here. The worst service and room I have ever stayed in and experienced.

My room was all damaged ! The ceiling paint was falling down, phone was not working sheets were not clean full of stain and hair, one bed sheet was torn , lamp covers all ripped off , floor was so dirty and filthy . I left a day earlier than my check out This hotel needs to be out of buisiness I trust Expedia I am using for years . Now I am scared !
