Front desk staff seemed inconvenienced. Cleaning staff polite. For the condition of the outside and the ceiling (mold) the room and bedding was clean enough. Questionable people would come and get asked to leave. Need an uplift to outside to not welcome unwanted visitors

When we arrived there was about 20 people in the lobby. Some were yelling and complaining about different things. The site we booked on did not mention the $15 parking fee for the hotel. We should have left then. While the room was ocean view, we did not expect to climb steep stairs, some were loose, to the third floor. Trash cans were overflowing on the property. While our key card worked, several people were having to go up and down the stairs to the office to get new key cards, more than once. The room was subpar. The TV did not work. We did not eat the breakfast the next morning, unsure of how that went. Once we checked out, we drove down the road and stayed at another hotel for the rest of the vacation.

Toast and ceral ok amd you can make your waffles coffe and water and orange juice, apple juice. Nothing else..could use more for breakfast...plus when i checked in they wanted to charge me for parking wth!!!!!! Thats not cool, pool was dirty amd wasnt able to use it at all thumbs down 👎👎

The room we had was very dirty. There was roaches in the bathroom. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was someone’s hair all over the tub.

This hotel was very rundown. My room looked as if it hadn't been swept in a while. The floor had sticky spots on it. The handsoap was empty, the hairdryer didn't work and television kept turning on and off. We had to fight with other guests for breakfast. There was no butter, syrup, or coffee. My expectations were much higher for a Wingate Hotel.

Discovered roaches inside our luggage the next morning. Immediately went to the front desk for a refund. Manager was not in and would issue one, is what the reception said. Well fast forward after a vacation still no refund and the manager refuses. We have videos as well. Terrible stay. Reception admitted to having roaches but won’t tell anyone.
