This floor also has a bedroom with queen bed, an executive office with office furniture, decorative powder room, and elevator.

It also includes a large gourmet kitchen that can seat 4 guests at the breakfast bar, 6 at the breakfast table, and 10 at the dining room table comfortably, with side by side stainless steel refrigerator, warming drawer, compactor, microwave oven, dishwasher, cookware, small kitchen appliances, and decorative kitchen cabinets.

UPPER LEVEL:
There are 3 Bedrooms on the upper level, each with private full bathrooms.

Heating the pool is also possible, however comes with an extra charge (depending on the season).
