"Hotel was fantastic, however 2 things were unacceptable... 1) We had the family room, and after traveling ALL day in 101 degrees, one side didn't have air, so we did NOT have a good nights sleep. 2) We got in late and got up to the rooftop at 10:30pm for dinner/drinks (our last night in Spain). While we appreciate expedited line placement, we were not acknowledged for drinks or order for 25+ minutes~"

From the moment I arrived, the modern design and bright, welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The HappyRooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with comfortable beds, a kitchenette, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver during the warm days. The outdoor pool and poolside bar were highlights — perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city or attending events at IFEMA. The gym is well-equipped and kept spotless, and the all-day dining restaurant served delicious food with generous portions and friendly service. The location is incredibly convenient: just minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, with easy access to public transport and close to Real Madrid City. Whether you’re in town for business, a layover, or leisure, this hotel ticks every box. The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and professional — many spoke excellent English.
