The hot tub was cut off at 930pm while we were in it .. and the front desk said it closeing at 1000pm the room had no micowave and they charged my card a extra 50.00

The staff was amazing! The room was horrible. The walls had holes and cracks. The one towels had black streaks on it. The floors had toenails on it. The AC barely worked and kept shutting off. Floor was sticky by the front door. Breakfast was not good.

There was no hot water for a shower which was unacceptable, the TV was pixeling in and out, my second key did not work on opening the door. We ate at the buffet at 7: 15 pm the there was not much food to pick from and what was out was dried up from sitting 3 hours not worth the money !

The room was nice. The bathroom was dated with the plug being very loose. Also, the water pressure in the shower was poor. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows need to be replaced.
