Endless Summer is a three bedroom two bathroom single-story charmer in the Sandpiper Village neighborhood of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It overlooks the Links Golf Course offering a quiet spot for your beach getaway! This home is beautifully decorated and offers three bedrooms with two king beds and a bunk room with a twin over full and twin over twin.

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.

Property was well maintained and property manager was very responsive. Unit is located directly on fairway number 10 of the links golf course. The only downside to the property is there’s no Covered back porch and the furniture on the porch is very limited. Also, the golf carts both have a lot of wear and tear.

This was a wonderful home to stay in! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the house was just as listed. The house fit our needs perfectly and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Traci is a wonderful host and very nice and helpful. This was our second time staying at the Sandestin resort but our first time booking through VRBO and staying in one of the houses. This house is in a great location and although smaller than some in the area, there was tons of seating and a great layout that could easily be great for 2 families. The owners have stocked it with lots of supplies.. chairs, towels, games, along with kitchen and laundry things which is a bonus. The 2 golf carts were also wonderful so the boys could go play golf and I still had one to do my own thing. Overall we had a great stay and plan to make this trip a New Year's tradition from now on.

July stay

The house was as shown in the pictures. Very clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen. There was a grill with propane but we did not use it. The golf carts and having easy access to restaurants, shopping, beach, activities, and pools was great. Especially since my 18 year could go get things when needed on them also. Beds were comfortable. There were some games and we had a great time playing uno each night. Check in was very easy. Check out was a limited list and very easy to do. Overall we had a great stay. My son and his friend were disappointed They could not work out as one was 6 days from being 16 and it is only available for 16 and over. They are both in football and wanted to not miss out on workouts. This is the resort policy though and not the house. We had one issue with the AC. The host was responsive and it was fixed the next morning as we discovered it later at night. She called but everyone that was 24 hours was already booked that night.

Great home on the golf course

We enjoyed staying here, our 2nd time in Sandestin. We liked a 1-story this time since so many homes are 2stories. 2 golf carts are a nice to have. The 6 seater was very quick! The only knock on the home is there is way too many chairs/seating area that takes up all the living room space and the way the couches are situated, it's hard to watch TV or movies. Beds are comfy ,shower was nice and big and there was tons of storage areas. Plus, the kitchen was fully stocked! First time I've rented a VRBO and it had salt pepper paper towels trash bags, etc. Even though we brought our own so we left a bunch for the next people! Thanks!

Our stay at “Endless Summer with 2 golf carts” was very disappointing. Don’t get me wrong, we loved Sandestin but we will not be staying here again. The night before our scheduled stay we got a message from our host letting us know that one of the golf carts was in the shop and wasn’t sure how long it would be there. One of the MAIN reasons we rented this Vrbo was because of the TWO golf carts advertised. Our Vrbo house consisted of 2 families, 8 people in total. It was very inconvenient to say the least and we were without it our entire stay. I hate leaving bad reviews but our host was not very accommodating about this issue. We also found out the golf cart had been in the shop weeks prior to our trip. Our host could’ve reached out to inform us of this issue well before she did, which was the day prior to us arriving. Needless to say, we won’t be revisiting this home.

AMAZING!

For our first VRBO experience this place was amazing! House was just as the pictures presented; golf carts were amazing to have for transportation; the community and all it provided were amazing. We loved this experience and already trying to plan when we can come back again. Communication with the host was amazing as well! Very quick to respond and super nice!

Great sanddestin home.

Enjoyed the remodeled bright airy uniting Sandpiper. golf carts were charging when we arrived. Comfortable surroundings and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. I came prepared with my own VRBO box of essentials. But pleasantly surprised with sponges dishwashing soap and paper towels. I always bring our own as most do not provide these products including toilet paper and trash bags. Will definitely be back. Great host and property manager.

Awesome Place Even better Amenities!!

Condo was on point with description and amenities!! Nugget ice maker was a game changer 😊 The two nice updated golf carts served us very well!! The bedrooms were nice and roomy. Kitchen and seating area for dining was beautiful. The only thing we possibly could have needed was maybe a small table on the patio to sit our coffee. Will most likely book this place again .
