Every room has a balcony. One of the 2 elevators was done for our tower. Would have been an issue had we not checked-in in the middle of the week. We love the river walk and accessibility. Also the the extra activities like the museum and bowling alley

The casino intends to keep their customers happy and playing. We enjoyed the slots. Arriving on a weekday made a big difference, because the weekend was very crowded. Food options are limited: 1. Buffet was limited for anyone choosing to eat healthier. My Italian sausage was cold and the GF options were nil. 2. Fatburgers was fried or greasy. 3. The ice cream cafe was unable to serve ice cream. 4. The only decent cup of coffee was Cinnabon's since no other place offers real dairy for the coffee. Biggest disappointment was the misrepresentation of "executive suite". The walls are paper thin. My alarm clock one morning was a neighbor blowing his nose. Both sides with adjoining doors watched NCIS on tv; if we left our show on mute we still heard the full dialogue, the sound was so invasive. Dust was on the couch and table. A lovely deck but only 1 chair to put out there. The price did not match the experience. (To the casino) A couple of thoughts that would be helpful to customers so we are not having to walk all over the place just to know where things are. Provide information in the rooms or at check-in: 1. Include a floor map of the casino floor and a map of the second floor so we're not running around trying to find things but can spend that time gambling. 2. Include menus of the restaurants to more easily decide on where to eat rather than having to walk all over the place just to see the menus.

We stayed in their executive suite but there was nothing luxurious about it. We had a balcony, but nothing out there to sit on. No microwave, and our mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. We had a large room but all the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable to sit on. They charged us a resort fee, but the pool was closed. Not impressed.

A pretty good hotel.

Check-in was quick and easy. We were an hour early and easily checked in with no extra charge. The room was real nice, clean, plenty of room. The casino was large, plenty of machines, although I didn't really win anything, but that's to be expected. The buffet was pretty bad, by no means worth the 50 bucks I paid for the 2 of us. It was pretty much a 10 dollar buffet. I do recommend the hotel, but if you go, find somewhere else to eat. Oh yea, and the car show on the third floor is fun, lot's of great old cars.

Hotel was nice, nothing luxuries but clean and suitable. It is a bit dark and definitely Old Time Vegas but still for the price well worth it. We ate at the Prime rib room and the food was great!

Poor customer service.

Terrible service beginning with valet parking, registration,awards center. The only place that had great customer service was the ladies in the south tower snack shop around the corner of our elevators, which had great pastries and chili dogs. Everywhere else had poor customer service. Very overrated hotel.
