We paid for premium ocean view rooms and could not even see out window or access balcony due to renevations not disclosed at time of purchase. Only 2 working elevators during stay leading to 30 min + wait times - Customer Service non-existent, an absolutely horrible experience

Our two balconies were both sealed shut and our windows were covered in blue wrap. There were construction workers walking outside our windows. They said that there is a note about the construction on their website, but I did not see this info on Expedia. We were not offered a discount or any perks for this unexpected, huge change in room description.

So if they would’ve told us that they were working on the property, then I would’ve never booked here we had to change our rooms from Ocean view because all the ocean view that we paid for is basically has an unavailable balcony due to construction and paint on every single floor it is very noisy. It’s very irritating and I’m not happy.
