I like staying here a few times a year. The staff are fantastic, they are great about storing luggage, there is a pool, it is near a number of places to eat, I always sleep well here. Great beds, big lovely bath tubs, and good tea options. I will always return here.

DISAPPOINTED. We have stayed at The Bristol Hotel numerous times and loved it. This time however was horrendous.
