Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel
"We have stayed at this hotel four times now, and unfortunately, each visit seems to be worse than the last. What was once a hotel we enjoyed returning to has become incredibly disappointing. The biggest issue is the value for money. The hotel is significantly overpriced for the standard of the rooms ..."

Bristol Grand Hotel By Sunday
"Room had damp issues around the window frame which is strange to see in the summer months. Queued at reception to check in, the reception team ignored us and dealt with another guest who walked straight past us. Staff that we interacted with didn’t seem very interested in talking at all."

The Bristol Hotel
"The location was great for the conference I attended at the nearby M Shed. The breakfast options were well presented and good quality and the setting was lovely. The bedroom was great in terms of cleanliness and quality of facilities. BUT on one of the hottest days of May with outside temperatures at 35⁰ the hotel had taken central control of the bedroom AC temperatures which they set at an uncomfortable 21⁰. I opened the window but with no breeze from outside, I barely slept. Lack of sleep and heat-related exhaustion affected my participation in the conference on the following day. Colleagues who stayed at a far cheaper local hotel had excellent air conditioning during their stay! Overall, indpite of the positives I wouldn't stay again since a good hotel stay is essentially about having a good night's sleep and being refreshed for the next days activities."
