Stay somewhere else.

I won’t stay here again. Reception were not helpful at check-in. The rooms are ok. Each day the room was poorly serviced. Either no water, no towels (well one for three people) no biscuits. It’s deluxe room - which is just a con. The beds are awful. The only good point - the air conditioning worked well.

Great hotel, excellent location, about 5/6 mins to the waterfront bars, 10 mins to main shopping area, lots of bars, restaurants & cafes within 5 mins. St Nicholas markets 3/4 mins. Rooms nice and cool.

Brilliant hotel and great location.

This is a brilliant hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The location is great, so close to the hub of Bristol with lovely walks along the river as well as great restaurants and pubs.

Great location

Stayed here after a cruise and before the F1 race. Great location in the old town. It was fun walking around, parked in nearby car park. tons of restaurants around and right near a Primark. Large shopping mall nearby. Left the car in car park and walked around easier than driving.
