Comfortable bed, lighting could be better. Larger amount of shower gel please. We just about had enough for the 2 of us for evening and morning shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Availability of car parking although a little tight going up the ramp in a large car, watch your wheels!

Breakfast was poor for the money, sausages were like bullets, waited ages for bacon as it was empty , eggs like rubber, it seems it was all pre cooked and warmed up and waited over 10 minutes to be offered a table, not good for £18 each

Our room was somewhat small, considering we hadn’t booked the cheapest room and it was standard size. I’d say the bathroom was the biggest issue as the door opened inwards so you had to sort of squeeze around it to get in and out so felt a little claustrophobic. There was no fridge in our room which was ok for a single nights’ stay but had we been there longer, this would have been disappointing. Room was a little warm and so we did open the window but couldn’t leave it open all night as it was loud outside (undetectable for a Friday night in the city to be fair). It was a decent stay in a very good location but not sure if we would stay again or try somewhere else.

Great location right in Harbourside. The hotel is clean and staff are helpful. This wasn't our first stay here and it's looking a little tired in some places.

The rooms where lovely , reception staff amazing help, dining room service was pretty slow with drinks and food , also room service forgot our order and after waiting 30 mins had to call down again , but all this was minor issues : Definitely will stay again

The location of the hotel is brilliant. It also had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. I will say I was disappointed that even though I had booked an upgrade from cosy to classic I was clearly put in a cosy and then when went to discuss with reception was given another… cosy room. The pictures looked nothing like the room I booked which I even showed to the reception. This to me wasn’t great. The hotel is nice, it’s clearly getting some rooms upgraded but some have a slight ‘faded’ feel. But good for a night and as I said, I slept really really well in that bed.

Car park is very tight for modern cars. Room condition very poor. Water stains on the walls nowhere near the bathroom. Edging of bathroom cabinets coming off. Shower head not attached properly to the wall. Half of TV channels not available.

Staff were really helpful and the hotel is ideal for visiting Bristol. Parking is easy at the Multi Storey next door, with access directly from the hotel. They also offer discount parking. Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Bristol

Location is great. Staff are great. It is less ideal because it doesn’t have AC - there are windows. But it’s not the same. The bathrooms have the dumb half glass. Rooms are certainly on the small side (standard). It’s a fine spot. But it’s not a great spot.

Nice big room. Although, given the price, very little extras (e.g. toiletries). Room was noisy due to loud music until 2am from downstairs & bathroom fan on constantly, meaning o poor nights sleep. Good location & parking right next door (although not cheap, even with hotel discount).
