The hotel is a great location as walkable distance to the shops and bars of Bristol. There was still spaces free for parking when we got there on a Saturday at 2pm which was great and a relief. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are a great size, and good size bed. We were told they were up grading the TVs in the rooms to larger screens. Breakfast was tasty and we timed it well so there werent any queues. When it got busy there were some queuing, but they were reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Its was all in all great and we would stay again.

Hotel was fine but not much more to say than that. During check in staff didn’t make us aware of any of the options for adding on breakfast or any mention of hotel facilities. Room was boiling as aircon system wasn’t great. Overall room/hotel lacked any personal touch and you didn’t really feel valued as a guest but if you’re fine with that then stay would be ok.

Conveniently located for the railway station and central Bristol. I was disappointed that there was no water provided in the room and the coffee was ‘instant’. Otherwise it was very good; very clean and comfortable.
