Aztec Hotel & Spa
"Super impressed with this hotel! Wasn’t expecting much given its location but it’s been beautifully designed and feels like a mini resort with spa, bar and lovely restaurant with an outside area. The only downside was the charge to use the pool which was not pointed out until after booking."

"Staff were great, location suited us and the room was very basic and small but ok. Biggest issue was that the shower was not clean, big clump of hair on the shower gel and yellow liquid on the floor. Breakfast was great. Bristol Grand Hotel By Sunday
"The car park is tight and my defender would not fit... this was not apparent until i had passed through the barrier...hotel reception guy was very helpful though. One elevator was not functioning meaning the other was very slow and often full. The hotel is used by foreign coach trippers. The buffet breakfast service was terrible really, few clean tables, find your own seat and cuttlery. Tables did not seem to be cleaned between uses. The coffee machines were not working properly either, with queues for a cuppa. Fruit juices were not refilled. The jam dispenser is not easy to use and is very messy... why not just have the little packs or jars? The same goes for the yoghurt selection."
