"This was not a 8.8 property. The short--I called before booking to make sure there was good internet as I had two days of virtual meetings and was told it was good. When I arrived, and double checked, the front desk said it's good if you can get connected. The halls stank. My first room had an even stronger stench. My second room was a little better on smell. The tv remote volume and power button did not work. No manager was on duty my first night as I wanted to immediately go somewhere else. I did go to another hotel for the remainder of my stay."
