Family beach week
We had a week away with 3 generations. It was a wonderful location to walk to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. The kids loved to relax in the pool after a long hot day and the adults can hang on the patio right beside them. The perfect getaway spot.

Beautiful new home on canal close to beach
Stormbait on the Bay is a lovely new home with a great layout for a family gathering. We spent our days on the beach (a 5 minute walk) and in the private pool with outdoor kitchen. Quiet neighborhood setting.

Beautiful and Clean
We all had such a great stay! Clean and beautifully decorated home and just a short walk to the beach! Conveniently close enough to OC for anything needed/wanted there, but far enough away to have a peaceful and uncongested family friendly vacation. Frank and his wife were so accommodating and welcoming and were always just a call/text away! We will be back again!

Gorgeous New Construction
This home was amazing. It's new constellation and you can tell. Well designed. Every bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom. There were 2 half baths as well. Kitchen was amazing and clean. The pool is small though mighty as it gets pretty deep, the water jets for your back are great, water fountain and light are nice and it's warm. The street is nice and quite and the year round residents were so friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. We had one issue with the clean sheets and towels not being delivered by the 3rd party company the property owner utilizes. Frank was very responsive and made sure we got the sheets and towels. Sometimes not everything goes right. It's a testament to Frank that he made sure to get the problem fixed. We would definitely come back

Best beach rental we’ve ever stayed in!
This property was amazing! It’s a gorgeous brand new house, with perfect beach decor, a beautiful pool, and an easy walk to the beach! The owner is great and has the house stocked with everything you could possibly need on a vacation! This house is a perfect 10!! We’re working on the dates right now so we can rent it again next summer!

Nice new house and good location near beach and bay
We had a really nice family vacation at this property. We booked late this year and it was pretty much the only available property with a pool very near to the beach in Delaware. I guess we took a chance since the property was not completed at booking but it turned out well. The house is very nice and new with a well appointed kitchen. We had 7 adults, 3 teens, and 2 young children. With the bedrooms and upstairs extra room with pull out couch, this was manageable with an extra blow up mattress for the kids. One small nitpick is that there was no sheet set included for the pull-out couch. This should be included with the normal sheets for the beds, or clearly specified in the listing. The indoor living and dining space is a little small for the number we had, but would be very good for 8 adults. It was still very comfortable and everything worked well (casting and streaming from our devices to the TV or Sonos speakers was very easy) . The outdoor pool and kitchen was very nice. We used the kitchen several nights and the grill in particular worked very well. It was also nice having an outdoor fridge. The outdoor kitchen was functional, although not completely finished (which didn't detract from its use). There were several uncovered electrical switches, but the host did come to put covers on when notified. The pool was nice and the smaller kids especially enjoyed it. My older nephew who was just learning to swim was a fish by the end of the week. I would agree that the pool controls with remote were finicky and also, I don't think the heater was working, but it was warm enough that it didn't really matter. The location of the house on a channel which entered the bay was interesting. We had brought several inflatable kayaks which several guests used to explore the neighborhood and bay. Someone with a larger boat might really enjoy this as well. We had a really great time with our family on Fenwick Island at the house. I think we would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Not as advertised
Upon entry to the house everything looked great...then we found the stove top dirty, hair left in the showers, drywall dust piled on the windowsill, unfinished construction, an unheated pool, trash from the renters before left for us to take to the curb (the trash bin has no door so we had to lift very heavy trash cans filled with other peoples garbage and set them by the curb). Overall very disappointed for the price and misleading listing information. Check out rules are very picky, leave a full box of trash bags; two full rolls of paper towels; two rolls of toilet paper in every bathroom. Again for the price these rules are ridiculous. I will not rent this property or any others owned by Storm Bait ever again.
