Book a hotel near Fairview Mall, North York

"The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The room was fine (standard hotel room). There were minimal amenities available and those available were not great. The pool area needs some serious updating. It was run down and felt that way. We ended up forgetting something in our room and called to get the staff to locate it for us. We told them exactly where it was and they called back saying they could not find it. We ended up driving back and it was located right where we said. There was no hospitality from the staff we dealt with whatsoever. "

"We had a very pleasant stay. Parking was easy. The staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. We had a nice quiet room and checked in early without problems. Room were spacious and clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, may be next time when time permits. Will definitely come back again, God willing. "

"Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in. Barely a breakfast either I’d call it a snack bar with four options. Very disappointing"

"This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."
