"This property is not just phenomenal but is staffed by some of the most professional people I have ever came across having stayed at hotels all over the US. I have been staying at this property for the last year, including a one month stay that was work related, and the staff was consistently not just pleasant, but above and beyond what you would ever expect. The bell staff from Charles, to Armando, reflect what consideration this property offers to its guests. The area is great, the amenities and restaurant staff are incredibly accommodating. Cannot speak higher or give a higher rating for this property and its staff."
