The hotel is nice and within walking distance through the terminal. Unfortunately, Boston was soaked and some flights were canceled creating a long check-in at the hotel. While the hotel focused on the airline pilot and employee check-in, they only provided a single person for others checking in. I waited in line 45 minutes to an hour to check-in. This was unacceptable and I hope represents an anomaly and not the normal service of the hotel.

We waited over half an hour to check in. Only to clerks on the front desk for Sunday check in. Very good shuttle service. Long wait to get into the restaurant and then the food was just so-so. Good bartender. Coffee and snack bar closed very early. Nothing for breakfast. Parking fee was 55. Pool was good. Shower was awful up and down water temp. If it wasn’t for it’s location (next to the airport) would not stay here.

Staff was great - valet was so kind to us. I had my Mom with me who was handicapped and I was trying to get her to her flight and I was staying one more day. He was so helpful and made the process so smooth. The room was clean - best shower with wonderful water pressure. Shuttle in the early morning has a tone of people and he helped us all. Thank you for making a hectic trip have a little light.
