Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive
"The condition and cleanliness of the rooms need significant improvement. The bathrooms had visible stains, which gave us concerns about cleanliness. Several towels were heavily stained/worn and some were damaged , I also have concerns about security at the property. When entering the premises, it was not clear what items or luggage were being brought inside, and the control of what guests or visitors were carrying did not appear sufficiently defined. Recreational activities were very limited, particularly for families traveling with children or guests with disabilities. There appeared to be only about one hour of organized evening entertainment, after which the main option was the nightclub. The nightclub did not appear to have sufficient security, which was concerning. The party boat excursion was disappointing. The music and atmosphere were, in our opinion, inappropriate and of poor taste for a family-oriented experience. The natural swimming pool was extremely dirty and appeared to lack adequate hygiene and maintenance. We were also concerned about the food preparation and hygiene practices of the individuals that work there"
