Breakfast was exceptional. Also the room fascinatingly large, nice tub, updated like new. Love the old building still in tact on the mezzanine. I want to go back soon.

For a Hyatt, I felt the room was very basic. While the windows were electronic contolled from the bedside, the temperature control was pretty basic.

Breakfast buffet staff were very friendly and helpful, even when our kids accidently broke things. Sound and light isolation in the rooms was very good. Can't use the stairs unless there's a fire though, which was a bit annoying

Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.
