The variety was plentiful, but the taste needs to be revisited did not see poolside because of the rain but all in all the experience was great The air conditioner was noisy in room 223. customer service was very helpful and welcoming

I loved the concept of only being able to use the elevator with the key card. The parking was very convenient and easy, rooms were clean and up to date. Staff were amazing, nice, friendly, and very accommodating. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.

I thought the hotel was nice and the staff was awesome. The lady at the front desk was very nice. I believe her name was Jazz. She was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good too! I definitely plan to stay there again in the near future

"The hotel was very convenient for our work trip. The front desk staff was very nice and the room comfortable. We were disappointed with housekeeping. There were hairs all over the bathroom when we checked in. Our coffee/tea station was restocked with only decaf coffee and of the two water bottles we're given each day, one had already been opened and partially drank. Lastly the hotel restaurant had changed hands since our last stay and there was no breakfast (or coffee) until 10am. "
