"Hotel Spadai staff greeted us with smiles and kindness. It was extremely hot upon our arrival in Florence and the property offered great air conditioning to escape the heat. The property itself is in a fantastic location; walkable to pretty much everything we wanted to see and do in Florence. The bed was comfortable, and the spa bath in our room was the perfect way to relax after weeks of walking around Europe for more than 7 miles a day. The hotel has a lovely spiral staircase on the 5th floor that leads up to a viewing space offering 360 degree views of the surrounding area. The included breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast room staff were so helpful and courteous. Thank you Hotel Spadai for a beautiful stay and great memories."
