Room on 5th floor facing fire hq- however no issues during staff. Room cleaned everyday, room was fine, no fridge, however shower water temperature was warm, never hot. Staff pleasant, however breakfast was very busy, staff were deliveribg items to the wrong table or in our case forgot to bring us the fried egg as requested. Dined in hotel on first night, only customers and given wrong menu! Location ideal for sightseeing and 15mins from Connolly station. We booked the room with a balcony, overseeing Trinity College. It was a good centralized location, walking distance to Temple bar, Trinity college and most major attractions. The room was a good size, clean and had plenty of storage space. We really enjoyed our stay here!
