Staff were very efficient and pleasant. I booked this property as it says it has parking. Parking is actually at another Staycity hotel - it took 15mins drive a mt rush hour and cost £15. Shower could be hotter. Shampoo container broken

We found this hotel very convenient for the bookends of our British Isles trip. It's conveniently located within walking distance of good restaurants, churches and tourist attractions. The rooms are small but efficient and the breakfast is just right. The friendly staff tops all!

The price of this aparthotel was good for Dublin, and it was clean and quiet, in a good location. Those key factors make this a reasonable choice. But there were several unappealing aspects to consider, such as poor service at what is barely a "reception", a lack of housekeeping service, and a studio that was very small for 2 people. Also notable were windows that are designed not to open, ever, along with air conditioning with no instructions, that shuts off after a certain time, leaving no ventilation.

Great room, we loved the kitchenette (full of items to prep not only drinks but snacks) a great addition, shower was very good, only downside was uncomfortable bed with pillows too firm (neck ache) and lack of airflow during the night as windows don’t open. The room was nice and clean. I was a bit surprised that the parking lot wasn’t in the same building, but it was only about a 5 minute walk away, so it wasn’t really a problem. The place felt more like a small apartment, and the bathroom was a bit tight. It’s not a big or fancy room, but it was perfect for travelers who just need a comfortable place to sleep and explore the city.
