Upon arrival despite being checked in online had to go through the whole routine again given this was around 9pm a delay was created. We went up to the allocated room noting advertising board saying food was served until 2300hrs. We entered the dining room at 9.50 to find one person on duty serving a large table. He then proceeded to help with photographs for said table, by the time my order was taken at exactly 2200 hrs I was told the kitchen closed at 22.00. I challenged the reception showing the attached photograph but received no help having had a very long day we were left without food. Needless to say I won’t be back and will leave this on trip advisor. Mr Morrison

Shower head facing wall, had to stand against wall to get water from shower. Hallway automated lights - constantly turned on and off, light came through gaps of door, flicker kept us awake.

Close to the train station and bus route to the airport. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast food very good. Did not know that breakfast was not included in hotel price. Lift was out of service when we were leaving. No warning other than sign on the lift. No staff on stand by to assist with heavy luggage down four flights of stairs.

Loved it

Everything was fantastic, Americans can learn from Irish hospitality. Easy to walk to anything i wanted to see, Taxi's stage right outside, next to the tram, bus, and train station, literally right there.

The location to waking distance from everything in the city along with the friendly staff made this a great first trip over the pond. Very happy with our choice for the convenience that was provided.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is minutes walk from Connelly and a 20 minute walk from Croke Park so very convenient. Good, safe and secure nighttime security.

Hotel room we had was dirty. Hairs in the bathtub and over the toilet/counter in the bathroom. Room was hot and window only opened a crack. Having the window open made it very noisy. Rail line went right by the room what seemed to be every 5 minutes between 6:00 to very late. Very bad experience.

Very soft bed - between that & the warm room I didn't sleep much. Hotel is in a bit of a rough area with no parking on site so we had to walk through some homeless encampments. No a/c at this hotel so we had to suffice with a fan. The hotel does have a nice bar & restaurant but not a lot of dining options.

Staff is excellent and rooms were clean. But hotel is located in a very busy and noisy area. Lots of transients outside and rail trains. Hotel is very broken up with numerous stairs up and down. Breakfast room is very nice and excellent staff but food was terrible. Rooms were also very hot and couldn’t leave windows open due to noise and smell of weed being smoked outside. And we did ask for a in a quieter section…
