Nice hotel! I didn't use any of the amenities but I was glad they were there. The Logan was exactly what we needed to relax for a few days. It was quiet. My teenager absolutely loved the bathrobe. I wanted to purchase one for him but they were out. Also, the doormen were always kind and friendly. I appreciate there was a QR code to leave a tip for housekeeping.

Pros: *great location *shower had good pressure *comfortable bed and blackout curtains Cons: *expensive parking, best bet was to park half a mile away *cardio gym machines quite run down *Urban Farmer restaurant experience was underwhelming as far as cleanliness (our table had visible food on it but was never cleaned even after waitstaff put plates down near it), and service (we were never brought silverware or napkins, one of us got up to grab napkins to clean the table with and put unused ones back, and an employee ran up and irritatedly asked if we had put napkins that we wiped the table with back into their clean pile--no, who would do that? I’m visiting from out of town and it was a very convenient walk to my job site. I’d be tired getting back in the evenings, so being able to order room service was really nice. The staff was very attentive and friendly. When I was placing my dirty dishes and tray out in the hall, the door was very heavy and difficult to maneuver with hands full. This would be near impossible if I were physically disabled in any way. There was some residual hair in the bathroom in the tub and on the ceiling so that takes down the cleanliness rating. Way finding in general was a bit difficult — there wasn’t clear signage for the rooms and I was on the second floor and would have preferred to take the stairs but ended up just taking the elevator because I didn’t want to have to go searching around. My only real complaint was how loud the people were next door or a couple doors down. I was at the end of a hall and their yelling was so loud it woke me up both when they got in and again at 530am. Not sure what the hotel can really do on this front but I just wanted to make note of it. In all, I had a pleasant stay, would stay here again if the price is competitive and hope my feedback is constructive. Thank you!

The property is exquisite however, the Spa staff was unpleasant to my son, he spent his 24th birthday here and a good experience with the hotel and Spa. This was his 27th Birthday he was 20 minutes late for his appointment and the staff were veey unfriendly and didnt give him his full experience he was supposed to receive a massage and facial like last time. However he only received the massage

Stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed it. We had a garden view room which was relaxing. Our floor was exceptionally quiet. It's in walking distance to a lot of fun things. The bar and restaraunt were both nice but like most 4 star hotels were expensive. We would happily stay again.

I booked because of the rooftop lounge. I'm from Philly and was coming home to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. The vibe and friendliness of the staff were amazing. I came back to my room and they gave me a card and a complimentary champagne.
