"We have just arrived home from our stay in Cardiff. We chose the Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Bay because of its location and we are extremely pleased that we did. Choosing a hotel can be a bit of a lottery and we certainty got the jackpot. This is a modern building located not far from Cardiff bay, about a fifteen minute walk to the bay itself with restaurants and some shops. On arrival our reception was warm and welcoming. We were help be the young receptionist with directions to the Millennium Centre and to Cardiff City centre which was about a twenty five minute walk from the hotel. There is a public transport bus into the centre but we enjoyed the walk. Our room had all that we needed for the three nights that we were there and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our payment and was hot, plentiful with a good range of choice. But I cannot praise the staff sufficiently. From our receptionist to the lady who serviced our room, to the staff helping at the breakfast buffet, they were polite, helpful and good humoured. Why aren’t all hotels like this?"

"The Wyndham Bristol West offers comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. The room was clean and spacious, and staff were polite and helpful. While the hotel is a little out of the city centre, it’s easy to reach by car and parking is available. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Overall, a pleasant stay."
