Amazing staff

Staff were amazing Moved us rooms to be closer to main hotel Nothing was too much trouble. Food was good - not amazing and maybe slightly over prized for what it was (we ate in the grill) but overall a lovely break - it was the staff who made it!

Gutted but soon fixed

We had booked the delux room in the manor part of Celtic manor , when we walked into the the room it had twin beds not a king size as advertised and it was tiny in size again not what was advertised went back to reception and in all fairness the manger sammy-Jo was very accommodating she moved us into a delux room in the adult only section which was lovely, and moved our dining into steak on six , thank you for a lovely stat

£20 for parking is a hidden cost, especially for a rural location, check in took ages, the room was a fair walk away from the main hotel, and not brilliantly sign posted. Doorman was great , restaurants on site looked great, spa and gym looked great. Reasonably priced, accept for the parking, it’s really cheapened the experience.

A comfortable night

A nice stay in a beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. The spa area is visually stunning and well maintained. We’ve been to better all round spa retreats, but this was a great inclusion as part of our stay. The staff were also very helpful throughout. Overall, it was a great stay, but slightly overpriced (especially the unmentioned parking fees).
